''La Caillotière holds the memories of a lifetime for my family and me. This beautiful place is romantic and comfortable, awe inspiring and historical. We loved horseback riding at the local stables…we enjoyed marvellous French meals. There were plenty of wonderful quiet places to settle in with a book or a sketchpad under a tree in the yard or in one of the large windows overlooking the pond. There were many hours spent exploring this exquisite place and its surrounding grounds. We played table tennis and tennis, visited markets, castles, and museums. We remember day trips to Mont St. Michel, Chenonceau, Angers, and Chambord. We hope to return again and again!"
