Weekly house rental prices (valid until 31st December 2008) :

January to May:                         3700 euros

June- July- August:                     4200 euros

September to December:            3700 euros

Last minute deals for May and September 2008 : 3000 euros per week

Prices are per week. Saturday to Saturday, arriving at 5pm, departing at 10am.
Prices include linen.

Staff
Guests will be welcomed and given a tour of the house in English by one of our greeters. They can be contacted at any time and will be happy to help whether it is for a matter regarding the house, local shopping or suggestions of things to do in the area, places to visit, or good restaurants nearby .

A cleaning lady will come twice during the week.

Additional staff is possible at the following rates:
Cleaning lady: 12 euro/hour
Cook:             18 euro/hour
Childminder:   10 euro/hour

The gardener/care taker lives on the estate and is responsible for the maintenance of the house and the garden.

 

 

Payments

Payments can be made by cheque or bank transfer, in Euros, British pounds or US dollars. All prices are subject to confirmation at time of booking.

A deposit ("acompte") of 30% is requested on booking. The remainder, together with a returnable damage deposit of 1500 euros, is due 8 weeks prior to arrival.

 

Cancellation policy

Guests are requested to arrive no later than 7 pm. Although special arrangements can be made. Otherwise the reservation will be considered cancelled, the deposit retained and the stay will be fully billed.

 

Cancellation received 45 days prior to the scheduled arrival will be reimbursed 50%. For cancellation received with less than a 45 day notice, no reimbursement will be made.

 

Liability and Insurance

All visitors are recommended to arrange their own holiday insurance, including medical cover as required. The owners can accept no liability for accidents.

 

The owners of the Château de la Caillotière will not accept any liability for any loss, injury or damage of any nature whatsoever sustained to or by any person in the course of their occupation of the Château de la Caillotière and the land belonging adjacent thereto as a result of the occupation of that property or any activity carried out in the course of such occupation, such activity and occupation being carried out at the individual's own risk.
